- Provide valuable feedback.
- Act as primary client liaison.

- Develop media plans, thorough CRO analyses, creative ads guides, paid creative recommendations, social media strategies, and performance tactics.
- Analyze KPIs, drive account optimizations, construct paid traffic structures, and develop insightful dashboards.
- Manage a team of five junior paid media specialists, providing training in time management, client communication, campaign optimization & budgeting, analysis, and presentation skills.
- Generate internal reports for executive directors.
- Ensure weekly tasks were up to date within the team: comprehensive account reviews, campaigns optimizations and their given registries of change, hear the team out and provide perspective on how is client relationship + what next steps look like.
- Maintain and optimize control spreadsheets, their formulas, and internal standardized operational processes.
- Provide processes key improvement suggestions;
- Forecast budget scenarios for cost allocation.
- Analyze data to report strategic solutions.
- Educate clients on proven strategies, getting them onboard.
- Propose actions based on dates, product analysis, profit margins, and available information.
- Cultivate effective communication and client relationships. -> Managed $100,000 monthly, achieving & maintaining a consistency between 7-8 ROAS. Includes Social and Search Ads.
