Successfully managed the implementation of a 'Goat Raising Program' geared towards the economic rehabilitation of 24 people with disabilities and their families.
Successfully led WASH programs constituting the rebuilding of 57 latrines and 28 water systems in disadvantaged schools and communities along with related trainings in hygiene, sanitation and water source/system maintenance. Provide leadership in the construction management of 26 houses, 57 latrines, 28 water systems and 6 nurseries in earthquake affected communities.
Manage the implementation of a 'Chicken Farming Program' geared towards the economic rehabilitation of families of 60 children with disabilities.
Designed Health and Patient Navigation programs for Children with Cleft Lip/Palate and Women suffering from prolapsed uteruses.
Successfully managed the milling of 15000 cubic feet of wood at an altitude of over 10,000 feet above MSL.
Lead Partners to collaboratively design new and continuing programs, create budgets and develop proposals.
Engagement with external and internal stakeholders to foster greater ownership, participation, sustainability and transparency within projects.
Assist in the development of modules for mason trainings, hygiene trainings, agricultural trainings, community health education (leadership) trainings.
Provide leadership in the field-level execution of projects within the approved budgets.
Supervise and mentor national staff to ensure their personal and professional development including participation in various capacity-building opportunities. Develop monitoring and evaluation methods for project activities (i.e. surveys, qualitative interviews, community discussion groups).
