Elements of this constituted: site location to design, marketing, staff training, menu design, and purchasing. The practical skills I acquired from running and owning a group of successful restaurants range from: dealing with staff recruitment, staff training, staff motivation, team building, and goal setting. These roles enhanced my diplomacy, tact, and mediation skills, whilst dealing both with staff and customers relations.
