•Supporting and encouraging the development of objectives, strategies and plans aimed at achieving customer satisfaction and the efficient use of organisations' resources. •Assessing and evaluating current systems and structures. •Discussing current systems with staff and observing systems at all levels of organisation. •Guiding internal clients towards more efficient organisation and developing solutions to organisational problems. •Undertaking and reviewing work studies by analysing existing and proposed methods and procedures. •Recording and analysing organisations' work flow charts, records, reports, manuals and job descriptions. •Coordinating and recommending proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter work flows, redefine job functions and resolve organisational problems. Key Accomplishments
•Quantification of sizing targets for HQ structures, realizing a periodic monitoring of actual sizing and of targets sizing achievement level, in order to support the Top Management in identifying the proper mitigation actions to close the gap (supply-demand methodology and tool maintenance).
•Tracking of organisational changes at Group level, collaborating with the competence lines for the monitoring of FTEs trend evolution.
•Development of a new tool to manage the organizational changes within UniCredit SpA (called Mood Module of Organisational Development Design).
