Defined KPIs, metrics and reporting requirements to accurately measure and improve performance.
Drove planning sessions to re-engineer supply chain processes and technology requirements to complete merger of Macomb Wireless into AT&T.
Drove strategic planning and implementation of IT Organization Transformations for improved business alignment and operating effectiveness for United Airlines, ACNielsen and Wheels IT.
