I am a group voice art therapist with a background in cultural anthropology, community arts, and trauma recovery. My work is rooted in the belief that the human voice — in its authentic true form — holds profound healing power. I create spaces where collective storytelling, different artistic emotional expression support transformation and resilience, especially for those with sensitive histories or neurodiverse traits. Through trauma-informed facilitation, I help groups reconnect with their inner rhythm and shared humanity. My approach is intuitive, poetic, and grounded in lived experience — blending creative tools with deep listening and embodied presence. I am passionate about projects that unite healing, education, and art in service of social and soul-level renewal. Alongside my therapeutic work, I bring experience in research, translation, teaching, training, recruiting, creative writing, NGO management and human-centered communication — drawing on a diverse skillset to support healing, learning, and connection.
