- Analyzing organizational / team data to track trends, measure the impact of interventions, and make informed recommendations for continuous improvement. Prepare and present reports to leadership teams, highlighting key findings and strategic advice.
- Working closely with HR, senior management, and other departments to ensure that development initiatives are cohesive and support the overall mission and goals of the organization.
- Designing and conducting workshops, and facilitated discussions to promote skill development, team cohesion, and effective communication across the organization.
- Providing one-on-one coaching to senior leaders, assisting them in enhancing their leadership capabilities, addressing challenges, and achieving their professional development goals.
