This has proven to be a great challenge that has shaped my skills in pitching, public speaking and persuasion, having managed to make significant contributions the initial pre-seed round. • As Marketing Lead, apart from designing the company’s marketing strategy for the year to come, I had to act as the public image of the company during the BCR-InnovX Accelerator, where through my involvement and the team’s mutual effort in implementing my ideas into great designs, we managed to secure 2 very important partnerships – with Microsoft & the UK embassy, as well as earning one of only 5 prizes that had to be given to but a few of the 100 participants of this accelerator.

During this time, I’ve increased the social following of the company by 50%, reaching 5000 followers on Instagram and 7000 on the main Telegram channel. • Some of the most challenging and exciting experiences at Humans.ai were the public activations, ranging from presenting the company and its ambitions in front of over 400 attendees at its anniversary event as well as 3 activations; 1 ComicCon event, 1 hijack of Elon Musk’s Halloween Party at Dracula’s Castle and an interactive experience at Spotlight Festival in Bucharest, all of which generated major press coverage and awareness for the brand.

These included, but aren’t limited to, the following: o On the social media accounts, where I have managed to completely redesign and freshen the approach that they were using in the past, resulting in a 2.000 followers growth on Instagram and 10.000 followers growth on Facebook o Matchday experience rebranding through stadium banner exposure & uniformity, alongside hospitality services for VIP areas of stadium plus safety and stewardship contracting and management. o Club image improved though photo and video sessions, management of press conferences and press releases. Completely changed the stadium banner design and exposure in order to have a more uniform and visually pleasing image. o Renegotiated deals to increase the club’s sponsor earnings by 250%. o Relaunch of the club’s mobile shop, catering to fans all over the country. o Liaising with the club’s official kit sponsor, in order to redesign next year’s kit and training equipment, allowing for a cleaner sponsor placement, further reducing the club’s obligations and increasing financial benefits. o Obtaining funds on barter-based deals for different aspects of the club, in order to be able to implement the aforementioned changes.

For each of the 3 clients that my team was working with, there was a specific amount of interactions required on a daily basis on Twitter, Reddit, Telegram & 4Chan. • The biggest achievement whilst occupying this position was helping one of our clients grow in notoriety to the extent that they are now official sponsors of two massive Italian football clubs; Inter and AS Roma. • This role has taught me a lot about guerilla marketing and communication within the crypto world, as well as provided me with insights into how Reddit, Telegram and Twitter can bring value to a customer.

Sep. 2019 - Aug. 2021Bucharest, RomaniaAs a producer, the responsibilities I had can be divided into three stages: Pre-production, production (or shooting day) and post-production. -In the pre-production stage, I was responsible for all of the organisational aspects of a shooting, ranging from the selection of cast in direct liaison with the director, to assembling the crew, selecting the location, finding the required props and even compiling the budget and finally making sure that the whole production costs would fall into the available budget limits. - During the production stage, I was the person responsible for the wellbeing of everyone on set, even from a legal standpoint. Moreover, one of the biggest responsibilities was keeping everyone and everything on track with the goal of not going over the pre-determined schedule, fact that would ultimately incur extra costs towards the company. - During the post-production stage, my responsibilities were related to closing the project. These ranged from checking that all of the required contracts (non-disclosure agreements, paid collaboration contracts, etc.) had been signed, to making sure that the rented equipment had been returned, keeping track of all the invoices and ensuring that everyone was paid within the time frame specified in the contract. -To put my time at Loops Production into a clearer perspective, whilst there I produced: -20 music videos, amounting to over 500 million views on YouTube. - 1 mini series (L-a Seral), the most popular online series in Romania. - 15 commercials broadcasted on multiple national television networks.

This has taught me valuable language and persuasion skills, as the articles had to be attractive enough for people to read. • After two weeks, I started working as a field correspondent for the sports section of the news. This job required a lot of creativity, as I had to look for and create newsworthy subjects, as well as good organization skills, because I had to coordinate the operator and interviewees. In addition, I have earned a lot of self-esteem together with communication skills from this position.

I started as an assistant producer who had to be on set first and leave last during shootings. I perceived this as an opportunity to learn by being around people who had years of experience in the industry. Gradually, I proved myself and gained the trust of my employers, resulting in more serious duties such as being given the role of producer for the second unit of a huge commercial and finally, being the executive producer for a smaller commercial. • My role consisted of preparing everything that was needed for the advertisement to take place, ranging from props and locations to actors and crew members. Over the course of the nine months, I managed to save thousands of Euros cutting costs from the initially allocated budget. • Apart from learning about the industry, I have gained valuable time management and organization skills, as everything had to be very fast, due to the numerous levels of approval present from the partner organizations. Finally, I have gained invaluable people skills, as liaison between the production house and the client and agency was of immense importance, with the two latter parties often needing explanations about the process in a more general language.
