The platform seamlessly incorporated health information and resources with support communities, a pediatric PHR, and more. Our platform helped make it easier for parents and caregivers on their diagnostic journey, as well as, helping those already diagnosed make informed healthcare decisions. Kinsights was acquired by Care.com in January 2016. Duties and Responsibilities at Kinsights
- Created and managed over 100 support communities for parents and caregivers of children with complex medical conditions, rare and genetic diseases. - For each specific support community, I 1) conducted all marketing programs including paid and unpaid channels to recruit members, 2) developed all written education pieces, 3) recruited health professionals and clinics to provide information and resources to group members. 4) developed nonprofit and hospital partnerships related to condition and condition symptoms.
- Developed overall marketing and program strategy for Kinsights including brand, content, social media marketing. -Headed up all digital community management including support.
- Use of paid advertising including: Adwords, StumbleUpon, Adroll, Outbrain, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads. -Played an integral role in the development and execution of product features. based on user testing, surveys, and analysis of site dynamics.
-Directed all inbound and outbound marketing including content, SEO, paid marketing, and more for health-focused parenting community
