Nov. 2020 - Sep. 2023LebanonJOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS • Establish a point of contact between IPC brands/shops and its customers • Track, collect and analyze market insights and consumer behavior trends in the e-commerce industry related to IPC Brands/shops and prepare recommendations in order to highlight potential new product development or plan upcoming marketing activities. • Monitor IPC brands/shops performance against KPIs, and relay info to take appropriate action. • Communicate effectively through appropriate communication platforms (WhatsApp, Phone, Instagram, Emails, Meeting, etc.) in order to understand customer requirements, cross-sell and up-sell products and close the deal. • Collect data and information to develop and issue quarterly market insights newsletter to keep IPC executives informed and up to date about important internal activities, innovations, news in addition to external intelligence and trends. • Monitor IPC affiliates, global and local competition across all social media platforms. Develop quarterly reports to share with IPC management and internal teams in order to evaluate IPC online presence against the competition and give highlights and recommendations for improvements. • Qualify, nurture and deliver lead opportunities from inbound and outbound prospecting for IPC Business Units in order to generate sales conversions and support organizational growth objectives. • Perform and provide Business Units with online research results in order to fulfil BU needs and market development unit findings. • Input and track lead and sales enquiries in the CRM system in order to measure sales revenue and status of sales opportunities and amend in the CRM accordingly. • Write content for the group's digital platforms (websites), social media platforms of the group, and internal newsletters.
