- Developing product marketing strategies - pricing, advertising, product launching
- Social Media -Overseeing and designing brand assets on social platforms (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram)
- PPC & SEM - Managing and executing on all paid media channels including Facebook, and Google.
- Website - Managing the content on Publitio website
- Copywriting - translating technical details into benefits for the user, crafting compelling messages across marketing channels
- Blog - Managing current blog schedule leveraging best in class SEO practices.
- Customer Service - Manage all customer service claims to ensure high NPS score.
- Email Marketing - Manage our email CRM for all existing and new customers to improve activation, reduce churn and increase LTV.
- Design - Work with designers to execute on all marketing collateral and product design needs.
- Data Analytics - Use tools to optimize our entire marketing funnel focusing on improving the following KPIs (CPA, Activation Rate, Churn Rate, LTV)
- Reporting - Creating weekly and monthly reports
- Competitor research & analysis - tracking and overseeing competitors activities on their website, social channels, and paid advertising
- Customer research - Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, and sales data
