I am a seasoned executive leader with over 15 years of experience in global strategy, change, and transformation. I currently serve as the Head of Automotive Strategy & Transformation at Al-Futtaim, a leading diversified conglomerate in the Middle East and Africa. In addition to being the AI Product Owner for Artificial Intelligence transformation for Automotive, in this role, I act as an in-house consultant, supporting the leadership team on strategy formulation and execution, transformation and project management, and change leadership across the Automotive organization in multiple markets. My core competencies include designing and delivering high-impact programs, developing strategies and business cases, performing quantitative analysis, assessing and implementing technology or process enhancements, and coaching and influencing people at all levels. I have a Master of Psychology degree with a specialization in Organizational Behavior, and I have completed multiple certifications in areas such as resilience, IT strategy, and political conversations at work. I am passionate about optimizing organizational performance by implementing innovative tools, technologies, and processes, focusing on cost, productivity, compliance, and quality. I am also a respected leader with strong cross-cultural awareness, having worked with colleagues from numerous countries, disciplines, and backgrounds to achieve shared objectives.
