Directed NBA Academy men’s teams in United States travel, game participation, training camps, and tournaments. Issued all basketball operations logistics around Basketball Without Borders and NBA Academy flagship events. Established, directed, and advanced the NBA Academy Women’s Program in Africa, India, and Latin America. Facilitated relationships with WNBA, NCAA college coaches, prep schools, and grassroots basketball programs. Built relationships with NBA team executives, general managers, scouts, coaches, and players. • Executed 17 Basketball Without Borders in Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America, 2 NBA Africa Games, from 2017 to 2019.
• Oversaw day to day operations of NBA Academy Women’s program including; roster management and recruitment, training camp scheduling, and coordinated large group travel arrangements for VIP coaches, consultants, and 30 campers periodically.
• Created on- and off-court player development curricula for 40 international basketball athletes from 20 different countries.
• Coordinated VIP and large group travel for 40 people from over 15 different countries multiple times a month.
• Directed first Women’s NBA Academy Games in partnership with the NCAA at Women’s Final Four in Tampa in 2019, resulting in the attendance of over 200 Division 1 college coaches and 50% of 40 international players receiving scholarships.
• Liaised draft process for first NBA Academy player drafted by a professional team, Han Xu (China), New York Liberty in 2019.
