Mar. 2000 - Jun. 2009Running the team of eight, in-house researchers as well as managing our overflow resources and freelance support with full budgetary and managerial responsibilities. Hands on development of research programmes and operational research at senior levels, including qualitative interviewing at C-suite level. Leading on house-paid research, such as ACE Research, in collaboration with The Guardian as well as a senior role in business development and internal campaign planning. Working with clients including Accenture, McDonalds, Microsoft, Lovells, BP, Siemens, AGCAS and the FCO.

Jan. 2000 - Dec. 2007Working in our audience research team, devising and running research projects across a broad range of public and private sector clients as well as getting involved in our own, house-paid projects such as the National Graduate Media Audit and End of Term Report. The role involves substantial amounts of field work - everything from designing and programming surveys, to conducting interviews, focus groups. All analysis, reporting and presentation of findings. Working with clients including Credit Suisse, UBS, Sainsbury's, the ONS, Boots, Cancer Research UK and Johnson & Johnson.
