My coaching style is warm and empathic whilst being professional, and is focused on listening and building carefully considered questions to help you reflect, motivate and transform yourself through goal setting and achievement. My philosophy is that whether you are starting out in your career, moving into management, changing career direction, starting up your own business, trying to grow, facing or going through redundancy or planning retirement (or semi-retirement), change is challenging as well as exciting, sometimes scary and can be painful, but it is also the only way in which we truly grow and develop.
