I also needed to create all the documents that were required for the code changes done, such as MD 50 - 70, BR 100. I have worked on modules like iRec and SSHR. Before this i was a part of two major support projects - Videocon ADMS(IND) and Atheeb Telecom(KSA). Here my job was to daily generate reports. I had to analyze business problems and translate it to effective technical solutions. I had to attend meetings for capturing customer details and also give the solutions to them. I developed complex SQL queries using various joins and developed various dynamic SQL’s thorough out the projects.
