Jan. 2007 - Aug. 2008I was responsible for managing and selecting the product range for the bricks and mortar store and the online business; oversaw the running of the web shop. Duties included: • Creating, and preparing for print, magazine advertisements
• Analysing sales data and market trends to create range plans • Online and instore merchandising • Developed an advertising strategy to increase site traffic and revenue for the online shop
• Co-ordinated the stock and sales data and supply chain, to ensure the online and physical stores ran smoothly
• Implementation of a new EPOS system, as well as training staff and co-ordinating the data transfer to the new system
• Managing and updating the website, this included photographing products, archiving, manipulating and publishing the images
