Key Client Projects: • Newbreed Logistics, Memphis TN (Jun 2012 – 2014): Enhanced warehouse operations by conducting SKU analyses and remodeling the outbound volume process. Designed 8 new pick zones and integrated a sorter system, significantly increasing material flow velocity. • United States Postal Service, Memphis TN (Feb 2009 – Jun 2012): Transitioned from a contractor role to a full-time position at the United States Postal Service, in recognition of outstanding contributions to operational improvements and efficiency—see more details below. • PFSWeb, Southaven MS (May 2007 – Jan 2009): Led cross-functional and executive team in the design and build of a new distribution center, integrating a conveyor system for Direct-to-Customer operations and assembly departments. Engineered logistics from inbound processing to outbound delivery, establishing comprehensive racking and bin locations for 15,000 pallets valued at $12M. • Sercom Solutions, Memphis TN (Jul 2004 – Apr 2007): Led the establishment of kitting assembly lines for a startup, harnessing in-depth analysis on kitting, cost per touch, and throughput. Strategic approach laid the groundwork for the startup's operations, culminating in a high-stakes presentation to Apple executives in Cupertino, CA.
