I provide support and advice to Project Leads in decision making, giving guidance on strategy execution. Additionally, I proactively identify potential risks and issues related to project delivery and implement risk mitigation strategies. I ensure the engagement of all stakeholders and manage their expectations by providing regular project updates. Overall, my expertise lies in providing comprehensive support to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining a focus on efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. My achievements include implementing a new Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to effectively track demand coverage based on market conditions. Additionally, I had the opportunity to lead the creation and implementation of several pillars to drive supply chain (SC) innovation. This involved developing the SC innovation concept and framework, which defined different types of SC innovation and improvements, as well as their scope. I also established a streamlined SC innovation process, providing a framework for efficient innovation implementation.
