Jan. 2011 - Feb. 2018Remote• Started with the company in 2011 as a freelance graphic designer and through the past several years have designed, planned, organized, hired, trained and art directed for the an 8 person design team.
• Also in 2011 I was working along side the original owner as a customer care specialist to provide all of the needs for customer service. By 2013 we had to hire help as we had grown 10 fold. In 2015 we had a full staff of close to 15 people which my job was to oversea all of these areas to make sure customers were being helped, artwork was being completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction and spearhead our overseas and USA based production, purchasing and delivery.
• In 2015 the company acquired two additional investors to help boost our profits (which were 40K in 2011 and ended a little over 1 million in 2015). Since their acquisition of the company, closed 2017 at 1.85 million in sales.
• Additional tasks that I undertake besides creative direction, company leadership and morale, overseas purchasing and production, communication with our customers who have reached elevated needs & an all around problem solver. Detailed Duties:Responsibilities:
Build and cultivate partnerships with customers/organizations/companies, etc.
Lock in repeat revenue (creating agreements with leagues, organizations, tournaments, etc. to lock in sales for an incentive to them)
Create Strategic Partnerships - non-customers that yield value elsewhere (lead generation, increased product offering, etc.)
Obtain brand related links (through partnerships = key to improved SEO)
Manage budgets
Fill in capacity gaps in the season
Create promotions to incentivize sales or increase revenue per transaction
Post to and Maintain Brand Social Media Presence
Create Customer Engagement, Blog Posts, Newsletter & Email Blasts
Design & Create Video Training & Education Series
Handling of Customer Escalations past CSM Level
Adhere to company standards of process and ethics.
