I am working remotely as a Product Manager at Latch, a US company. In Q1 and Q2 of 2024, my primary focus has been to align with stakeholders on goals and expectations, gather user data, and coordinate scope and deadlines with the Tech Lead and Product Designer in my pod, all while documenting these processes in Product Requirement Documents (PRDs). I also aligned with other pods' leads to ensure we developed a coherent MVP. My primary goal was to ensure these tasks were completed to meet the deadlines for the launch of the new brand with the redesigned app and web.
