• Communicate with prospective families on admission requirements and process of enrollment. • Manage and maintain database of over 2,000 prospective students’ files and records.
• Manage a $25,000 department budget by monitoring weekly expenses and billing.
• Register and maintain record of every student who enrolls at BLMHS. • Determine scholarships for worthy students by analyzing report cards, high school entry exam scores and interviews. • Conduct interviews for students interested in attending BLMHS. • Provide information to students about the admissions process by visiting middle schools throughout NYC, mailing information to those who call or visit our campus and to businesses in the area. • Assist the admissions director with community outreach and marketing activities, as needed. • Create monthly analysis of school visits, school tours, phone calls, emails, “Shadow Days” and mailings. • Solely responsible for collecting, organizing and presenting yearly reviews for our Board of Governors.
