Jan. 2022Implement various high impact, IT and Telecom projects, around the Globe, valued from hundreds of thousands, to millions of Euros, Remote, Hybrid and Onsite. Major Tasks • Project Planning & Management: Establish clearly defined objectives & deliverables, build executable project plans, lead projects to completion on time, within Scope, Schedule and Cost targets (managing triple constraint). • Communication: Following PMI PMP 9 knowledge areas and executing within project plan: Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resources, Communications, Risk, and Procurement Management. • Customer Relations: Understanding of customer requirements; dealing with difficult/sensitive situations, conflict resolution, associated with technical, business, or personnel situations. Building partnership relations with support groups and customer while instilling confidence within the customer. Ensuring customer understands their responsibility in transition as well as customer concurrence / formal acceptance of deliverables transferring PM responsibilities to steady state. • Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of IT and networking technology to include hardware, software, network management tools, and protocols across LAN, WAN, IP Telephony / Voice, Firewall and Network Management platforms to enable effective communications, problem identification, and manage resolution of issues. • Expertise in Data Migration, M&A, Carve-Outs, MS SharePoint, M365, Azure, Entra ID, Cloud Solutions, AWS, Workspace, Windows, OS and PC Upgrades, Servers, Security, Disaster Recovery Centers. • Tools: Utilizing project management methodology and tools (such as Microsoft 365 for Business, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Jira) to define, plan, deliver, and communicate results. Managing Gap Analysis Activities and utilizing tools / systems to procure required resources like hardware, software, and circuits.
