During this period, I developed a business plan focusing on aligning the channel's portfolio with the customer profile. I provided monthly reports to all commercial managers and directors in the São Paulo region. Conducted analysis of volume, share, and coverage indicators for the targeted brands, with a focus on growth for Budweiser, Spaten, Brahma Duplo Malte, and Beats. Managed 30 business representatives across São Paulo and oversaw 3,000 points of sale, including 4 national chains and 13 regional chains. Managed a budget of 1 million for trade execution (tailor-made, canbase, and branding). Results after plan implementation:
- 12% growth in Beer Volume
- 4% increase in Beer Market Share in the channel
- 7% rise in Premium Beer Weight
