May. 2015 - Mar. 2019ParisThe PR & Communication Responsible EMEA is developing and executing a strategic, integrated Public Relations and Communication plan to build awareness for, and further position, TUMI as a premium, travel and lifestyle brand in the region. The main mission is to direct & manage relationships with regional PR agencies, creating their seasonal strategy acc to the annual Marketing budget and helping them to implement it in their markets by providing all the necessary support. PR STRATEGY MAKING & BUDGET MONITORING - Develop the annual PR strategy with the local agencies (plan, discuss, review & approve according the budget)
- Initiate projects & approve them (media buy, partnerships, endorsements & product placement)
- Help agencies to implement strategy by providing daily support (directives, press releases, pics, samples)
- Supervise PR agencies activities by weekly calls & monthly meetings
- Manage PR & Media Budgets (plan, receive & pay invoices) - Develop the PR department by growing existing markets & opening new PR RESULTS TRACKING & REPORTING - Track monthly PR clipping results (check KPIs- AVE, Circulation, Retail Alignment- to mesure ROI/market)
- Report PR results to the US headquarter, EMEA direction & sales channels
- Present twice/year Global PR results to the PR agents during the PR Summit EVENT ORGANIZATION - Seasonal Press Day in each market & attend as TUMI spokeperson
- Semi-annual PR Summit to present the new collection & global strat to PRs
- Punctual Events- Store Openings, Collection Launches & Partnerships
- Notables Projects - TUMI x Mercedes AMG, TUMI x Orlebar Brown, TUMI x Lenny Kravitz SOCIAL MEDIA - Deal with bloggers & VIPs trasnforming them into brand ambassadors
- Organise the Social Calendar - edit, post, monitor & track the results INTERNAL COMMUNICATION - Provide int. communication support to sales force & company executives (convert PR materials into Marketing tools & Brand presentations)
