- Prepare and drive cultural change together with Management Committee.

- Optimization of the HR function globally to enable organizational transformation, re-structuration and cultural changes/ shift.
- Development and implementation of global HR processes globally (Recruiting, On boarding, Appraisal campaign, Training Plan, Career Management, Succession Planning, Salary Review, Mobility.
- HR Communication and Management of social/ digital media and network (internal as: Intranet, SharePoint, CRM (SAP C4C), etc. and external as: Internet, Linked In, etc.).
- Organization of global Seminars, Conferences & Workshops for different areas/ levels.
- Management of top level executives: career, mobility, succession planning, contracts and compensation.
Development of HR Function
- Coordination of all HR activities in order to implement and align HR strategy and planning worldwide.
- Streamline HR process across the world.
- Develop internal/ external benchmarking and network to provide HR KPI’s.
- HR Controlling, metrics and data management.
- Development of HR external partners and global contracts.
M&A Process & Start-up of new business/ offices
- Responsible for HR analysis, advice and strategy in M&A process.
- Creation, implementation and coordination of HR & all back office activities in new offices/countries (Spain, Italy, Brazil, Scandinavia, Asia).
- Recruitment of all key people in new territories and creation of sales force.
- Expats’ administration and follow up.
HR Project Management
- HRIS Implementation and related systems immigrations/ interfaces (Cornerstone On Demand, Taleo, ADP, Success Factor, SAP, etc.).
- Payroll Implementation worldwide.
- E-learning, HR learning Medias & branding strategy & project management.
- Global Compensation structure (Titling, Banding, Bonus).
- Management of cross-functional activities and projects.
