MAKE UP FOR EVERDirector US Pro sales
Sep. 2018 - Oct. 2023New York City Metropolitan AreaOversee national Pro sales division with a market that includes production, beauty schools, retailers, and pro artists with team of managers and 2+ million dollar revenue Direct sales and customer service development functions, including new product rollout, key account management, customer relationship development, contract negotiations, and order fulfillment. Manage P&L and budget responsibilities. Conduct cross functional team training, coaching, and mentoring. Lead managers and customer service representatives to acquire new business as well as maximizing growth potential for existing business ensuring loyalty and trust from each client. Establish annual and 5yr sales budget by forecasting and developing MTD breakdowns for each account based on re-order historic and new account sales projections Manage and establish the annual OPEX (operation expense report) by invoicing all expenses to its proper category of spend and staying within the YTD budget given. Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans implementing strategies; analyzing trends and results with B2B accounts and Pro artist accounts nationwide.

• Manage the Pro Studio and team in NYC to be an event space and retail store for all Pro driven events/ pro artists needs
• Manage and maintain inventory for 2 warehouses and responsible for keeping shortage below 2%
-travel as needed to US clients -Used CRM, power bi and sales force for client services
