Here are the key highlights of my role: Renault-Nissan Alliance (Renault, Nissan & Daimler Pickups): Collaborated with the Global Production Engineering Nissan Center in Japan to define technical and strategic project objectives.
Served as the primary contact for HSE matters between Renault Argentina and Nissan Japan.
Played a critical role as a key member of the fixture testing validation team, overseeing suppliers in China and France.
Took responsibility for validating technical developments within a budget of 2 million USD.
Led the studies, negotiations, and successful implementation of a new skillet system for the assembly line.
Project X52 (Sandero - Logan): Provided comprehensive training, benchmarking, and technical support while contributing to the definition of project objectives at America's Industrial Direction in Curitiba, Brazil.
Conducted meticulous technical analysis of workstations to ensure compliance with ergonomics objectives outlined in the industrial contract.
Achieved 100% milestone completion and obtained final project approval from America's Industrial Direction.
Project X67 (New Model Kangoo): Performed thorough technical analysis, benchmarking, and defined action plans in Tangier, Morocco.
Developed and executed plans to achieve convergence, aligning with ergonomic goals outlined in industry contracts.
Throughout these projects, I consistently demonstrated my expertise in project management, technical analysis, and strategic planning, ensuring successful outcomes while adhering to rigorous HSE standards and objectives.
