(b) For SwissCham's newly launched Digital Transformation Award in 2020 and DX Leaders webinar series on digital transformation where Deloitte acted as a collaboration partner. - Coordinator : (a) Acted as coordinator and facilitator between Deloitte’s clients and their vendors to plan and develop Prove of Concepts (POC) product. (b) Lead logistic stream to create a typical “Green Dot” initiative by packaging the offerings of various service lines to launch an innovative, new service to reach a not yet covered market segment in Singapore’s healthcare and med-tech industry. - Concept, Framework designer: a) Brewed a scouting framework for innovation team to drive conversation with internal clients from identifying unmet needs to plan and to deliver scouting delivery work. b) Developed prove of concept framework to standardize POC project for both Deloitte’s internal and external POC projects. c) Redesigned a consultant approach design thinking syllabus and conduct trainings for several service lines, including consulting teams. - Workshop facilitator : Facilitated design thinking workshops, with the objectives to equip the attendees with tools to : (a) Understand design thinking’s stage goals and use it as a non-linear process to build user-centric solutions for a given challenge. (b) Hands on experiences to apply tools and techniques to achieve desire outcomes in each design thinking phases. (c) Fast prototyping and pitch their solution ideas (d) Real-life business cases discussion to choose design thinking tools and tailored made approach to achieve desire outcomes.
