Conducts market research, analyze a property’s market positioning, creates Rate Structure and Market Segmentations and prepares the Profit & Loss Summary needed by the company for presentation to hotel owners during negotiations and pitching period. As country representative, communicates with hotel owners and investors on a day to day basis. Assists in the development of operational plans, technical services requirements for pre-opening properties. Prepares the initial budget and critical path. Handles recruitment of local staff for signed projects/properties and conducts Sales & Marketing training and support during Pre-opening period. Oversee the office administration needs of the company in Thailand. Handled the setting-up of the company and business registration in Thailand.
