Attained this honor in 3 years). • President's Club 2012 (151 PTQ and 76.95% growth from previous year). • Finished 2011 at 96 PTQ with 11.06% growth from previous year. • As of June 2014, ranked in the top 2% of all Stryker Orthopaedics Sales Representatives and in the top 2% of all Sales Representatives with a trauma quota. • Managed all Stryker Trauma and Extremities business and personnel in over 20 hospitals and surgery centers, including one Level One Trauma center (UC Davis Medical Center) and three Level Two Trauma centers (Kaiser South, Mercy San Juan, Sutter Roseville) from January 2011 until September 2011. • Took all trauma calls from January until September 2011, 24 hours a day/7 days a week and increased overall market share within greater Sacramento area due to heightened customer service response. • Successfully managed numerous courses, surgeon engagement programs, cadaver labs and VIP trips to Mahwah, NJ which have resulted in over $1.25 million of new business for Stryker. • Promoted to Field Sales Trainer after being identified by former Area Sales VP (with prominent physicians) as a strong technical Sales Representative. • Trained 20 sales associates and sales representatives in trauma product knowledge, sales strategy and skills. • Promoted from Sales Associate to Sales Representative 5 months to the day from starting with Stryker Orthopaedics due to hard work and dedication.
