I successfully leveraged local ties to establish referral networks, resulting in a remarkable 100% increase in referral partnerships. Beyond that, I delved into insightful data reporting, ensuring we not only met but exceeded weekly session targets, and maintained positive relationships with billing partners to provide an exceptional customer experience. Adding to this, I assumed primary responsibility for effective coordination and communication with Mezamé stakeholders. This involved preparing and driving weekly meetings with the CEO to present business performance and operational updates, actively seeking feedback on key issues. On the people side, I assisted team members in leveraging their strengths, guiding their development, and overcoming obstacles. Moreover, I played a key role in establishing and shaping the corporate culture, infusing a positive mindset and professionalism into all interpersonal dynamics, especially in the face of challenges. Additionally, I took charge of regular evaluations of policies and procedures to minimize compliance risk and legal conflicts while delivering top-notch service. Simultaneously, I led human resources services, delivering excellent customer service through comprehensive benefits packages, accurate payroll processing, and optimized staff onboarding and dismissal procedures.
