I managed all the Berlin Group and RTS requirements in order to be compliant with the law and, at the same time, guaranteeing a smart and flowing customer experience. - PSD2 SCA: development of a system that allows the bank to manage Strong Customer Authentication without SMS OTP process. In this way Fineco is the end-to-end process owner and can be more reactive in contingencies management. I managed the technical solution in order to deliver a simple and smart product on customer side. - Cards tokenization and Digital Payments: introduction of ApplePay, GooglePay, GarminPay and FitBitPay. In addition, we worked with MasterCard and VISA in order to make their solutions available for Fineco’s customers. - Instant payments: creation of the requested infrastructure to manage payments settlement process with clearing house (EBA) and the security system required to avoid frauds. - Fineco UK – banking features: creation of the processes required to manage banking and credit products for UK’s customers. Main achievements: - banking and credit products deep knowledge, - how to approach a complex project and how to deliver it within the required timeline. - how to structure a business process that works both on bank and customer sides. - how to create a gap analysis, functional analysis and gantt documents - PSD2, Berlin Group and RTS requirements deep knowledge - Organization: made by people, knowledge and processes - Teamwork and interaction with other functions, understanding their point of view and needs in order to reach the common goal. - External suppliers and resources management.
