Develop creative recruitment solutions if the organization is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of staff. Deliver on Service Level Agreements/metrics while motivating the recruiting team to constantly raise the bar. Prepare and present regular management reports of key staffing metrics to include time-to-fill, attrition, diversity, cost, among others as applicable. Consult with Bank of America on best candidate onboarding practices, recruitment operations, best recruiting practices on new BoA program.
