• Produced, planned, & executed Opera Recycles Fashion Show during Paris Fashion Week in 2018, New York Fashion Week in 2016 and again in 2017 and Charleston Fashion Week in 2019.
• Developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive marketing campaigns to generate ticket revenue for Opera Carolina. Managing all marketing efforts to achieve single ticket, group, and subscription sales goals of nearly $587,000 annually.
• Direct all audience development initiatives including: planning, coordinating and implementing the annual subscription, single ticket, and group sales campaigns consisting of print, digital, broadcast, direct mail, public relations and social media, special events and promotions for both local and regional markets.
• Provide financial oversight over the marketing revenue and expense budgets; assisting in creating sales forecasts and developing expense projections. Maintaining the Marketing and Community Engagement budget; track and quantify results of marketing campaigns.
• Produce marketing deliverables, including advertising (print, broadcast, outdoor, online), direct mail, e-mail, promotional materials and other collateral. Developing and managing all direct marketing efforts, including direct mail, e-marketing, customer segmentation, target market strategies and audience development (Market Research).
• Manage development and implementation of strategic and tactical marketing/communication plans to promote opera productions, special events, education/outreach programs and other Opera activities.
• Creator of Pooches & Puccini Dog & Music Festival which brings together music & animal advocates alike to share in a fun-filled afternoon of music, adoptions, education, and activities for the whole family.
