Without my contribution, closing the books each month is impossible. With my original process improvements, I have taken the month-end process down from 5-7 business days ( before my tenure began) down to two days tops. - Compliance: I administer, manage and maintain approximately 20 different vendor compliance portals and about 10 external invoicing portals. - Trusted to the degree that all new contracts and vendor service agreements are routed to me by executive leadership for initial analysis before final Executive Management signs off. - Created new monthly error and productivity reporting to detail branch balancing failures and achievements. Since my tenure began, have seen a 50% drop month over month auditing and balance failures. There have been months that figure was 70% improvement.
- I have developed training techniques and processes that I used to mentor branch staff daily best practices to keep their audit balanced. - After a long-term employee left the company, I was given the additional project on top of my other duties of managing about 35 Corporate accounts, and about 10 of them were severely in arrears - to the tune of years past due, sum totaling about $150,000 in aged receivables. I collected those $150,000 in payments in about 5 months.
