Gain expertise on project requirements from chartering through closing, including resource coordination, scheduling, budgeting, business analytics, change management, peer coaching, risk/issue mitigation, escalations, and final handoff. • Incorporate and customize PMI methodologies in conducting Work Breakdown Sessions, RAID logs, contact lists, communication plans, etc. • Serve as project liaison representing the project to other departments, senior management, affiliated individuals or institutions, and outside organizations. • Ensure projects are delivered within the planned schedule, budget, and scope. When required, manage requests for changes to scope, schedule, and budget according to defined change control procedures. • Skillfully identify, analyze, resolve, or escalate problems/issues in a timely and appropriate manner. • Synthesize complex or diverse information, collect and research data, use intuition and experience to complement data. • Facilitate team, stakeholder, and sponsor meetings, including executive-level leadership presentation to convey complex or technical information effectively to technical and non-technical teams. • Effectively close projects ensuring that all project work and documentation is complete and that all project work has been successfully transitioned to operations. • Communicate clearly, compassionately, and persuasively in positive and negative situations with others to fulfill project goals, inspire and motivate, influence, and achieve. • Prosci Change Management Certified with a proven record of applied experience in leading enterprise-level change within a high-stress, ambiguous, 24-hour care facility. • Recognize individuals and teams when and where appropriate. • Expert use of Microsoft tools, including Project, Visio, Teams, Power Point, Word.
