• Prepare Risk assessment for projects and events to be carried out in the Ambassador´s Residence
• Implement green initiatives (i.e. recycling program, proper disposal of rubbishes and garbage from the Ambassador´s Residence).
• Purchase of supplies for maintenance, events and projects carried out in the Ambassador´s Residence. • Monitor compliance of Health and Safety Regulations for the Staff located in the Ambassador´s Residence. • Accounting processing of all purchases made for the Residence. • Deputy Ambassador´s Assistant
• Oversee HR Recruitment Processes for personnel. • Project management and execution of projects for the Ambassador´s residence. • Fairness champion and member of the Wellbeing committee to plan and execute policies for the improvement of the work-like balance related matters in the Embassy in accordance and within the framework of UK Policies.
