Technical Expertise
Implementing/ troubleshooting and project management skills to prospective accounts during post sales phases of their development
Manage customer escalations, interface and support technical partners, escalate unresolved issues to operations support and sales account team.
Contribute to an internal technical Knowledge base, assist in replicating customer issues to achieve problem resolution, and assist in training customers, field service partners and other support personnel
Installation and support of video and audio systems
Presentation to customers on Polycom Equipment
Assist in managing the operational aspects of the customer trials and deployment
Assist to plan, manage and execute SOW/contract deliverables Kathea's Professional Services
Log requests and inquiries into Helpdesk ticketing system
Project management of deployment, upgrades etc
Assist to manage customer's post sales experience of the Polycom solutions.
Develop trusted relationships at all levels within the customer's organisation
Proactively listen, coach and advise across a variety of Polycom products
Build and leverage an extensive network within Polycom to act as the as the single point of contact for technical dialogue between the customer's (partners) technical teams and all product and services teams within Polycom (Support, R&D, Consulting Services, Product management, etc.) Projects, Transmission Planning
