Establish / update the documentation for the new technical features and attend to community meetings (industry benchmarking) and cascade the information to appropriate levels in Sanofi. - Act as a Point of Contact for business groups consulation and support: once “live” in the system, being the primary point of contact for a specific set of Global Business Units learning groups representatives (authorized business requestors of LMS services) and maintaining a good knowledge of their organization and learning context and requirements. Provide them consulting (knowledge sharing) and support (run mode activities) in setting, evolving, assigning and monitoring their training offer in iLearn. - Participate to the 2nd level of support to system end users: contribute to the LMS learner support improvement (knowledge base enrichment) and provide support for incidents escalated by Level 1 Support. - Functionally manage and support a group of decentralized administrators located in Sanofi GBUs or GFs in various geographies. Ensure team management and provide direction as a result of the training catalog and Organizational Unit structure.
