My role involves independently closing complex strategic growth initiatives for healthcare practices, building and maintaining C-level relationships, and cross-functionally collaborating with internal teams to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience. A key aspect of my role is cross-selling Medical Advantage's comprehensive consulting services (MIPS, EMR Software Optimization, Operations Optimization, Revenue Cycle Management, HealthCare Dashboards, Market Intelligence and Predictive Analytics including physician recruitment for our ACO.) By gaining a deep understanding of each client's unique needs and challenges, I'm able to identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and drive additional revenue through these targeted solutions.
