Oversee the design, development and implementation of national talent initiatives to drive talent acquisition and talent management. • Oracle HCM – Business Lead for Oracle Cloud Recruit in national implementation including data migration from 7 different legacy ATS systems in 5 states with national TA team of 45. Coordinated and tested multiple integrations including texting, job distribution, resume parsing, pre-employment assessments and tax credit solutions. Led creation of 1000 job library templates for Oracle go live.
• Executive Recruitment – Key member of Executive Recruitment team concurrently managing searches up to VP level with 30 hires annually while managing programs.
• Selection and Assessment Systems- Managed national expansion of HealthcareSource assessments, Behavioral Interviewing Hiring Manager training rollout through HealthStream LMS.
• Employer Branding/Recruitment Marketing – Implemented comprehensive employer brand and reputation management program across Glassdoor, LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Recruiting Technology – Managed all vendors, pricing, contracts and integration with ATS for job distribution, texting, video interviewing, chatbots, AI, online job fairs and Talent Network. • Talent Acquisition Analytics- Created TA dashboard with focus on time to fill, offer acceptance ratio and aging requisitions.
• Preboarding and New Hire Experience – Key member of team to implement HR Shared Service Center in Taleo and Oracle HCM for Preboarding and Onboarding to enhance new hire experience and reduce new hire loss between offer acceptance and New Hire Orientation.
