As the head of the recruitment team, my responsbilities includes: ● Lead employer branding initiatives, from conception/planning to implementation.
● Develop and monitor recruitment systems/platforms, tactics, and procedures across the organization
● Conduct effective manpower planning & resource forecasting with business leaders.
● Develop a strong talent acquisition strategy and employer value proposition in partnership with the Head
of HR.
● Perform the end-to-end hiring process, from manpower planning to closing offers, including background
checking/reference checks and pre-employment requirement completion.
● Ensure a high-quality candidate experience by proactively gathering candidate feedback, and continuously
improving our candidate experience roadmap.
● Maintain a database of potential candidates, and document any phone calls, emails, or other
correspondence across functions including onboarding.
● Assist the HR team in all initiatives to uphold an engaging, people-centric company culture.
● Work on special projects and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
