I am a highly motivated and experienced Leader in Software Delivery with a great interest in new technology. My career in Software Development started at IBM as a systems developer and I have moved from developer into Business/Systems Analyst and Software Delivery team lead and management roles. I have extensive experience in building, managing and leading both international and locally based delivery teams. My passion is new software delivery projects and I have assisted in building up and leading software development teams. Our teams are made up of remote and local Business Analysts, Analyst Developers, Developers and Test Analysts. Delivering projects in budget and on time by implementing agile principles. Leading of between 3 and 5 teams to delivery different projects for both Front End (Mobile App) and Back End systems. I am an innovative thinker with proven ability to identify, analyze and solve problems. Self-driven with strong leadership skills being able to bring out the best abilities in Software Development teams and motivate them to work together in achieving a shared goal. Organized and keep teams on track and focused to avoid delays. Proven ability to interact effectively at all levels and adapt easily to changing priorities while maintaining a positive attitude and an open mind.
