It operates in 70 cities and offers taxi, car sharing, scooter, and delivery services. I participated in the development of the customer support service interface. The company serves two main types of clients: passengers and drivers. Customer service operators act as detectives and psychologists, helping clients with their questions. While a graphical interface may not always speed up problem solving, we can provide the necessary information to reduce search time and process requests more efficiently. We developed this software from scratch, conducting numerous tests on users and incorporating verified solutions into the design system based on the results. Some numbers:
Processing time reduced from 360 sec to 76 sec per complain
Speed of training increased to 60 people per day
A team of 26 operators sent us 1800 hours of working process
Near 170 interviews and 160 hours of working as a support operator
