My role included conducting user interviews, managing design system, and ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow to deliver high-fidelity designs. I achieved two major things in this role: 1. I created a user-friendly environment for complex sociological research. Anyone can use it without special training. This makes it easy for all participants to get involved.
2. I led the creation of a design system. This improved how designers and developers work together. As a result, we were able to produce things faster. Our engineers used the design system to build basic features. Meanwhile, the product manager and I collaborated on new features and improving existing ones, focusing on aligning with our product goals and customer needs. As a result, our dedicated team of five full-time employees served dozens of key clients, driving the company's profitability.

It operates in 70 cities and offers taxi, car sharing, scooter, and delivery services. I participated in the development of the customer support service interface. The company serves two main types of clients: passengers and drivers. Customer service operators act as detectives and psychologists, helping clients with their questions. While a graphical interface may not always speed up problem solving, we can provide the necessary information to reduce search time and process requests more efficiently. We developed this software from scratch, conducting numerous tests on users and incorporating verified solutions into the design system based on the results. Some numbers:
Processing time reduced from 360 sec to 76 sec per complain
Speed of training increased to 60 people per day
A team of 26 operators sent us 1800 hours of working process
Near 170 interviews and 160 hours of working as a support operator

The company's services have a monthly audience of 26.5 million people and provide access to more than 3.5 million books per month. LitRes is the largest e-book marketplace in Eastern Europe. It also serves as a powerful analytics tool for writers and publishers. To understand trends and select the appropriate time for new releases, they need to keep track of sales dynamics and market conditions. To assist with this, we have created a customizable dashboard. The company aims to motivate writers to publish more books, and this interface serves as a motivator. Since implementing this interface, the publication of books by previously inactive writers has increased by 17%. This is because they can now see how much they are earning and how demand works.
