Manage the recruitment strategy for multiple openings, from the initial research and planning phase, to candidate identification, assessment and presentations.
-Build talent pipeline through various recruitment methods such as web-based tools, community centers, job fairs and collaborations with local resources.
-Identify qualified candidates for open positions by reviewing applications/resumes and use independent judgement to determine top talent selected to proceed in the process.
-Conduct initial phone interviews, use independent judgement to make recommendations to hiring managers for in-person interviews.
-Develop relationships with multiple hiring managers to serve as the subject matter expert for specialized talent acquisition needs.
Worked with the appropriate hiring manager to define the specifics of the hiring requirements, set a proposed schedule for the interviewing f candidates for the opening.
