ChloéGraduate Research Assistant, Social Impact
Jun. 2022 - Jan. 2023Paris, Île-de-France, FranceInspired by their historic dedication to gender-based inequalities, living wages, and inclusion, fashion house Chloé has developed an open-source tool that can show as a guide for fashion & leather goods companies to visualize social impact throughout their entire value chain -- the first of its kind in the industry. With Head Researcher, Mathilde Asseman, I proposed new developments to the methodology, focusing on value chain actors, local communities, and client stakeholders, culminating in a thesis defense in December 2022. The tool was reviewed by PricewaterhouseCoopers, before undergoing peer consultation. The full methodology was published on the Chloé website in March 2023.
