Harriet has over 20 years experience working with individuals and teams as an executive coach, facilitator and talent specialist. As a former athlete, Harriet found success as the Talent and Development Manager for British Cycling, drawing on prior experiences in designing and delivering talent programmes that led to Gold Medals for Australia and GB across numerous Olympic and Paralympic sports. For the past decade, Harriet has applied her extensive experience across a broad range of industries, bringing the high-performance ethos from elite sport to the corporate world. She continues to collaborate with elite sport, including international and Premier League football, F1, and Golf, partnering with clients to lead and deliver innovative and game changing talent strategies.
