• Personally, responsible for 6-10 new hires/month along with a team goal of over 40/month • 2010: Recruited and hired 13 Regional Managers across the U.S, 7 of which were for new market launches.
• 2011: Recruited and hired over 40 outside sales professionals, was part of the launch team for 7 new market launches (Vancouver, B.C., Indianapolis, Jacksonville, FL, Chicago, Cincinnati, Columbus, and Dallas) as well as involved in the hiring efforts of 3 Regional Managers.
• Created a “market mastery” process for each of ReachLocal’s 48 U.S. locations that included a process to identify top source companies, organization chart creation, market demographics and identification of top passive candidates in each market.
