I was responsible for the analysis and design of an evaluation framework that assures the automated matching system is accurate. This includes manual evaluation of lower confidence matching as well corrections received from external stakeholders, such as schools. All corrections will be analysed to understand the root cause of the error, so that the automated matching system can improve over time.
